An artist by trade, Paz prefers to compare building the perfect playlist to working with clay, layering the perfect mix of elements while experimenting with juxtaposing images (or in this case, sounds) to see which sequence elicits the response they are looking for. In the case of DJing, that response is a raging dance floor.

Paz claims The Cure as their "first best friend" and counts a recent Amadou & Miriam concert as one of their favorite music experiences to date. DJ Paz is splitting time between the Bay & LA and is now booking weddings in LA for 2025!
